The New schoolyear has started

The new school year has started and that means it's time to put our interns in the spotlight!

During their internship, our students never work alone; they are supervised by experienced colleagues, their mentors, who support them throughout the school year.

We work together with various educational institutions, including Summa College, ROC Tilburg, Koning Willem I College and BosMTI. Together we ensure that students develop into professionals. They not only learn the ins and outs of various materials and techniques, but also how to use, set up and maintain machines and tools efficiently.

During their internship, students receive their own toolbox from Redie, full of professional tools on loan. When they enter employment, we replace this box with a tool budget. This gives them the opportunity to purchase their own toolbox based on their experience. In our opinion, a great investment in the future.

We are proud that we are a training company and offer space to Bol, BBL students and interns from various educational institutions. Jim and Senn have been at Redie for two years now and feel like a fish in water. This year we also have new faces: Bram, Mieke and Valerie. We welcome them warmly and wish everyone an educational time at Redie!
