A kitchen that radiates calm, fits seamlessly into daily life, and connects effortlessly with the rest of the home – that was the vision of the residents of Villa ML in Best. They were looking for a new living space: the beating heart of their home. Practical, sleek, subtle, and functional down to the smallest detail.

That vision brought them to Redie. In close collaboration, we translated their ideas into a custom kitchen that goes beyond functionality. The result is a space to live, cook, and enjoy.

The existing kitchen was completely transformed. The new layout emphasizes connection – with both the living room and the garden. The result is a spatial metamorphosis that pays tribute to the home's architecture.

The new kitchen exudes tranquility and harmony. Clean grey fronts are framed by a 20 mm white composite worktop that extends seamlessly into the side panels. This creates a stylish, visual frame that brings balance to the overall design.

All drawers and doors feature a tip-on system, while the fridge and freezer open electrically via servo-drive technology. This ensures that the clean lines of the design remain uninterrupted. The kitchen island combines visible simplicity with smart engineering: on the living room side, the Quooker system is neatly concealed yet easily accessible for maintenance – no complex steps required.

The working side of the island features deep, practical drawers. Several of these are equipped with powerdots: invisible charging points for phones, tablets, or kitchen appliances like a mixer. This keeps the worktop clean and uncluttered, without compromising on convenience.

The cooktop with integrated extraction and the flush-mounted sink enhance the minimalist look. The custom-built rear cabinet also contributes to the serene atmosphere. Here, the wine fridge, coffee machine, oven, and warming drawer are perfectly aligned and placed at an ergonomic working height. A subtle detail is the LED strip in the coffee niche, providing soft, targeted lighting during use.
