From storage to brand new Family Entertainment Center

In the heart of the Betuwe on the lake of the same name you will find the 5-star holiday park Eiland van Maurik. A family business that has been around for more than fifty years and offers the ultimate holiday feeling with the luxury of home.

In June 2024, the holiday park was expanded with the brand new Family Entertainment Center Mauk.

Lennard and Jenneke (Clients) have spent years enthusiastically exploring the exact design of indoor facilities for their guests. The existing boat shed at the park offers the perfect location for this. With these plans they started looking for parties to realize them.

While the architectural adjustments were being made, Redie worked with the park to find suitable materials that matched the use and the interior design.
An important process because in addition to aesthetics, the functionality of the furniture is just as important, such as intensive use and easy to clean. This process takes time, effort and communication.
Redie’s project team divided the work between the area’s; sports bar, bowling, cafeteria, ice cream, reception and bar and stay on top of these things.

Due to the desired delivery time of only 12 weeks, we could not do this alone. The unique bar with impressive arches was designed and produced by impressive arches was designed and produced by sister company Harmeling. Together with Redie’s expertise, the functional layout of the bar and the technical drawings were reviewed in advance. So that the activities correspond and the results form one whole with the other areas.

The end result is impressive! And we are not only referring to the short delivery time of 12 weeks, but also to the great cooperation with the clients.
