Ilse is always looking for talent

Since January 2022, Ilse has been part of Redie. In her HR role, she is involved in everything related to people and organization. From recruitment and development to employment conditions, regulations and personnel matters. She also actively contributes to organizational development, collaboration and communication.

In her free time, Ilse enjoys spending time outdoors with her dog, playing the clarinet in a music association and reading a good book. And to be honest… she rarely says no to a good dinner.

What does Ilse enjoy about working at Redie? “We may not be a large organization, but we do think big. I enjoy helping build the ambitions that live here and working together to turn them into reality.
